This is an in-person program. Register to receive a reminder and any other resources. This program is geared towards older adults and designed for all skill levels. Focusing on the beauty of community, we will use collaborative art and guided prompts to explore communication. At the same time, through reflective mixed media, you’ll create a personal "visual sanctuary"—a quiet space to honour your own journey, resilience, and inner peace.
