Presenter Information: Breanne Knapp R.D., B.Sc. is a Community Dietitian working in Chronic Disease Prevention & Management within the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Breanne has 10+ years of experience in a variety of settings. She has a passion for delivering evidenced-based nutrition education to prevent and manage nutrition-related diseases in individuals and communities
