This is an in-person program. Registration: Registration opens on June 8, 2026 12:00 PM. Learning Outcomes: Participants will learn basic jam-making techniques, including fruit preparation, cooking, and safe storage. They will gain confidence in creating simple recipes they can repeat at home. They will also explore the cultural connection between food, tradition, and sharing. Materials: Materials are provided for this program. Allergy Notice: This program involves food preparation and tasting. Ingredients may include a variety of fruits, spices and common items such as sugar and citrus. While we aim to be mindful of dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
