The birds are returning and we are celebrating! Join Nature Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Science Centre, and partners for our World Migratory Bird Day Celebration as we welcome the birds back to Wascana Centre! This year's theme is "Every Bird Counts – Your Observations Matter." Community science participation in monitoring migratory birds and informing global conservation efforts is vitally important and during the event we will be turning our eyes to the sky (and water) to mark down our observations. You can also celebrate World Migratory Bird Day at Wings Over Water 3D! See the epic journeys of three amazing bird families – the Sandhill Crane, the Yellow Warbler and the Mallard Duck – with extraordinary footage of their fascinating behaviors. (There is an $8.00 per ticket charge for this feature) Activities include: 10:00am - Tipi Raising with Roland Kaye 10:30am - Wings Over Water 3D IMAX ($8.00 per ticket additional charge) 11:00am - Bird Walk with Ryan Fisher 2:00pm - Bird Walk with Shirley Bartz 2:15pm - Wings Over Water 3D IMAX ($8.00 per ticket additional charge) Art & Crafts Free BBQ Games This celebration is an excellent way to explore Wascana Centre during your visit
