The Preschool program works to ensure 3 to 5-year-olds become comfortable in the water while also developing an appreciation and healthy respect for the water before they get in too deep. In this level swimmers work on entering and exiting shallow water, jumping in to chest deep water (assisted), putting face in the water, as well as front and back floats, and glides on front and back.
