Seniors Chair Yoga is a movement-based program that incorporates stretching, meditation, coordination, mindfulness, strength and endurance in a safe and supportive setting. Our wonderful and multi-certified instructor Diana will walk you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the body while relaxing the mind. This class is Ideal for individuals who need the comfort and/or safety of seated exercise though all ability levels are welcome!
