Parent Cafe will be from 12-1 pm on Mondays, unless otherwise posted. Admission is free but donations are gratefully accepted. The goal of this imitative is to connect and grow support networks for parents who may be struggling with isolation prenatally or postpartum. Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders affect 1 in 5 women and birthing people, and 1 in 10 partners each year. Living with PMADs can be difficult, with isolation a key factor in the severity and length of symptoms. With free drop-ins, we hope to provide a safe and welcome environment for parents and their kids to connect with others
