About
This program takes place in the Community Commons which is located on the 1st floor of Central Library and is offered in partnership with the Regina Native Outreach Ministry (RNOM). This program is drop-in and does not require registration to attend. RNOM coordinates a project to provide Mother and Baby Welcome Bags for Indigenous moms giving birth at Regina General Hospital. The bags contain a selection of new baby essentials, gifts for moms and hand-knitted baby blankets! This Knitting Circle is a time of community to knit the baby blankets. You are welcome to bring your own knitting supplies or we can provide yarn, needles and patterns. If you crochet, you are welcome as well, however the facilitator does not know how to crochet. Join with us and help meet RNOM's goal of assembling 100
